Premium purchases made through our website are processed by Stripe. Card and payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are collected and stored by Stripe, not by NurseLift365. We retain payment and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes, including records of purchases after a subscription is canceled.

Because NurseLift365 is directed at healthcare workers, we serve only non-personalized ads and do not allow Google to use health-related information for ad targeting.

Data that may be used includes: device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not share your healthcare role, specialty, or other health-related profile information with Google or other advertising partners.

You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (for example, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS, or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). Where legally required, we will provide additional choices regarding personalized advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how users interact with NurseLift365.

• App performance;
• User engagement;
• Errors and crashes;

NurseLift365 is not directed toward children under 13.
